2. Non-Refundable Policy
All course sales are final once the purchase is completed and digital access has been issued. Because our programs consist of immediately accessible and downloadable materials, we cannot issue refunds once access has been granted.
Access to the course folder, online portal, or digital classroom constitutes full delivery of the service. Once a student logs in, opens, downloads, views, or otherwise interacts with any part of the course content, it is considered accessed, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy protects our proprietary materials and ensures fairness to all students. Unfortunately, there have been cases in which individuals completed the entire training and later attempted to reverse payment. To maintain integrity and prevent misuse, we strictly enforce our non-refundable terms.
3. Refund Requests Prior to Course Access
If a refund is requested before the student logs into or accesses the course, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion. In such cases, any transaction fees, merchant charges, or processing costs retained by our payment processor (such as PayPal or a credit card company) will be deducted from the refund amount.
For example, if a processor retains a non-refundable $25 fee, that amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. These costs are imposed by third-party financial institutions and are not recoverable by us.
We do not absorb or refund fees withheld by PayPal, Stripe, or any other processor, as those charges are beyond our control.
4. Chargeback Policy
All chargebacks or payment disputes for digital products will be contested and supported with proof of access, timestamps, delivery records, and student login documentation.
Once access has been granted, the course is considered delivered and fulfilled. By enrolling, you acknowledge that digital goods cannot be “returned” and that refunds are not available after access is issued.
Filing an unauthorized chargeback after accessing our materials may be considered a violation of federal e-commerce and intellectual property regulations.
